These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 55bmq ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the 55bmq website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and any related services.

You may only hold one registered account on the 55bmq platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 55bmq account, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

55bmq will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You must notify 55bmq as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 55bmq will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account activity where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

Your account must reflect your true identity. You may not use aliases, false names, or another person's details. 55bmq may close any account found to be operating under false information, with balances and pending winnings subject to review.

All deposits at 55bmq are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Philippine bank transfers (major local banks)
• Online banking through supported banking portals
• GCash (via bank transfer to linked account)
• Maya (via bank transfer to linked account)

55bmq does not accept deposits by credit card, cryptocurrency, or any foreign currency. Attempted deposits through unsupported methods will be declined and refunded where possible.

All funds deposited must come from a source that belongs to the registered account holder. 55bmq may request proof of payment source as part of our standard verification process. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals at 55bmq are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity verification (KYC). This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID and confirming your registered mobile number via OTP.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times vary by payment method but are generally instant to a few hours for verified accounts. Any unexplained delays are addressed by the 55bmq support team on a priority basis.

55bmq does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside of 55bmq's control.

Once a bet is confirmed on the 55bmq platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The odds presented at the time of confirmation are the odds that will be used to settle the bet.

55bmq reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where an obvious pricing error has occurred (palpable error)
• Where irregular betting patterns suggest market manipulation
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted resettlement window, or declared void
• Where a bet has been placed by an ineligible player or duplicate account

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at 55bmq's discretion, particularly around significant game events. Bets placed before a suspension are settled normally; bets placed after a suspension is lifted use the odds at the time of placement.

All slot, live casino, eBingo, and poker games use certified random number generators or live dealer formats. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player beyond normal gameplay decisions.

55bmq offers promotions including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and free bet offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own set of specific terms governing eligibility, wagering requirements, validity period, minimum odds, and eligible games.

General bonus rules that apply across all 55bmq promotions:

• Bonus funds are not the same as real-money funds and must be played through before withdrawal.

55bmq provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses resulting from technical downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

55bmq is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the amount deposited in your account
• Losses resulting from network failures, device issues, or third-party service interruptions on your end
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits 55bmq's liability for fraud or gross negligence on the part of the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the balance held in your registered account at the time of the relevant event.

55bmq reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to taking effect.
